Does the law permit Ken Ofori-Atta to do the things he is doing with his position as Finance Minister?

This is why AriseGhana is declaring Ken Ofori-Atta as a Persona Non Grata and asking everybody to no longer recognise Ken Ofori-Atta as the Finance Minister of Ghana.

Since President Akufo-Addo is unwilling to remove Ken Ofori-Atta and is allowing him to further harm Ghana, Ghanaians and the Ghanaian economy;

AriseGhana is calling on Ghanaians to keep arresting Ken Ofori-Atta, so President Akufo-Addo keeps bailing him until he no can longer pretend that all is well with Ken Ofori-Atta at post as Finance Minister.

Pensioners Picketing will not stop Ken Ofori-Atta from stealing Pensioners Money to plug the hole he created by his reckless binge borrowing spree that has left Ghana Bankrupt and heavily debt distressed.

Ghana is broke because Akufo-Addo allowed the binge borrowing which ensured that private companies Databank and Black Star Advisors belonging to Ken Ofori-Atta and Charles Adu Boahen made money each time they as his Finance Ministers went binge borrowing…

Ken Ofori-Atta, Sophia Akuffo and Yaw Agyeman-Manu must be dragged before Parliament before the TV cameras to render account…

The thieves who profiteered from the COVID-19 pandemic funds must be held to account.

The thieves who have plundered State Funds, State Assets and State Lands must be forced to return them and be prosecuted.

NOBODY WILL BE ALLOWED TO ESCAPE.

The proceeds of Galamsey and Corruption are laundered through the fraudulent land transactions and allocations; the Special Prosecutor must take immediate action to save Ghana.

Prime Lands mostly La Lands have become the haven for hiding stolen and unexplained wealth and allows the thieves to avoid keeping traceable funds in bsnks.

RECALL:

The Lands Minister, Samuel Abu Jinapor lamenting on national television that the people who are revered in our society drive around on weekends looking for State Lands and Bungalows with little or no activity then come to his office to pressure him to allocate these prime lands to them;

SAMUEL ABU JINAPOR MUST NAME THE PEOPLE STEALING THE PRIME LANDS OR BE SACKED.

Stealing Ga LANDS and Dangme SALT before declaring Greater Accra as the GaDangme Region is unacceptable…

President Akufo-Addo must show the GaDangme People REAL LOVE by returning their LANDS, SALT and their pride of place in Ghana and not make empty meaningless promises on the eve of Valentine’s Day.

President Akufo-Addo must revoke the Executive Instrument he signed in November, 2020 giving the entire Ada Songhor Salt and Lagoon to McDan through his Electrochem company and RETURN THE SALT TO THE ADA PEOPLE.

President Akufo-Addo must cause to be published THE ILLEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN HIS LANDS MINISTER AND THE NOTORIOUS LANDGUARD CLEMENCE GYATO and his Anyok Holdings Vigilante group illegally tasked to reclaim encroached State Lands and be paid with portions of the State Lands which is subsequently shared with some government officials.

President Akufo-Addo must return all the prime La Lands including but not limited to the Kpletso Lands [clandestinely annexed by the the military] through the La Mantse or in his absence the La Jaase [LA STOOL] as he did through an Executive Instrument E.I. 432 in returning 409acres of Ashanti Lands [including lands occupied by state institutions as well as the Military] to the Asantehene in trust for the Subjects of the GOLDEN STOOL.

President Akufo-Addo as Commander-in-Chief of the Ghana Armed Forces must order the Military High Command to make public its investigation into the 15th April, 2021 KPLETSO SHOOTING AND ASSAULT by unruly armed men in Ghana Army uniforms and have the culprits to be punished for their crimes that resulted in the injuries to many unarmed Ghanaian citizens and deaths of three (3) citizens of La who later succumbed to their injuries.

President Akufo-Addo must compell his Lands Minister, Samuel Abu Jinapor to make public the Report on the Kpletso Land and the Report on the Cantonments Civil Aviation Land.

ALL CONSTRUCTION WORK MUST BE IMMEDIATELY HALTED AT KPLETSO AND THE CANTONMENTS CIVIL AVIATION LAND.

THE FACELESS THIEVES NAMED, ARRESTED AND PROSECUTED.

THE LA LAND MUST BE RETURNED TO THE LA STOOL NOT THE TRADITIONAL COUNCIL.
