Ghana is Doomed: Land Looting using the Ghana Armed Forces
The silence of President Akufo-Addo on the Kpletso Shooting and Assault of unarmed citizens of Ghana including journalists by armed men in Ghana Army Uniform is unacceptable.
President Akufo-Addo uses an Armed Forces Band and Musical troupe as justification for the stealing of Prime lands at Kpletso near Airport Hills next to the illegal Military Cemetery?
The Military have not acquired the Kpletso Lands nor has government properly acquired and paid adequate compensation for the Kpletso Lands.
The silence of President Akufo-Addo on the Kpletso Shooting and Assault of unarmed citizens of Ghana including journalists by armed men in Ghana Army Uniform is unacceptable.
Three (3) victims of the Military brutalities at Kpletso have since died while the Military High Command is yet to make public the Report on the investigation of the 15th April, 2021 Kpletso Shooting and Assault.
The Defence Minister’s private donation of GHc20,000 to the family of Adjorkor for her funeral and the promise by the Chief Director of the Defence Ministry to the bereaved family and victims of the Military brutalities that the Report will be acted upon is all the People of La and the journalists have from officialdom…
The National Media Commission and the Information Minister have refused to act in the interest of the journalists who were wounded despite Petitions to the Office created at the National Media Commission for just that.
President Akufo-Addo cannot claim to be unaware or be misled on the illegal and unconstitutional acts happening at Kpletso.
As Commander-in-Chief of the Ghana Armed Forces, Chairman of the National Security Council and President of Ghana, Nana Addo Danquah Akufo-Addo is briefed on what is happening in all sectors for which reason he claims his Ministers’ performance is outstanding.
QUESTION:
Who uses Prime Lands for a cemetery, warehousing and a musical band of the Armed Forces or store bombs?
What has President Akufo-Addo done with the 2017 Petition of the La Mantse Nii Kpobi Tettey Tsuru II on the clandestine annexation of La Stool Lands at Kpletso?
Is President Akufo-Addo aware that his Lands Minister, Samuel Abu Jinapor said he wrote to his Defence Minister, Dominic Nititul to stop the military from further construction work at the disputed Kpletso land but has been ignored and the Military continued construction work on the lands in defiance, an act of mutiny if President and the Defence Minister concurred with the Lands Minister?
Was then Lands Minister, Kwaku Asoma-Cheremeh lying to the people of La in November 2020 when he announced that President Akufo-Addo’s Cabinet had decided to return the Kpletso Lands to the La Stool, so after the Election they could do a U-TURN?
Kpletso, La General Hospital, La Trade Fair, Adenta and Cantonments Civil Aviation are part of the many La Lands looted under the watch of President Akufo-Addo.
The attempt to annex further La Lands for a New Accra City Project being promoted by some thieves must be investigated by the Special Prosecutor; it will help unravel the syndicate behind the Land Looting in several parts of Accra including the Cantonments Civil Aviation Land.
Ghanaians are resolved to be Citizens and not Spectators; they demand that Samuel Abu Jinapor names those he claims have been taking over the Prime State Lands and Bungalows with little or no activity then come to his office to pressure him to allocate these prime lands to them, OR RESIGN.
AriseGhana Youth for your country.
Proceeds of corruption and Money Laundering are hidden in fraudulent Land Transactions…
ACT 1036 and Article 20 of the 1992 Constitution of Ghana frowns on what President Akufo-Addo is doing with La Lands.
President Akufo-Addo’s E.I. 432 which he used to return Ashanti Region Lands to the Asantehene in trust for the Subjects of the GOLDEN STOOL, must guide his return of LA STOOL Lands to the next La Mantse.
President Akufo-Addo must not destabilise Ghana with the arbitrary and unconstitutional (ab)use of Executive Authority in the administration of Lands which is a very emotive matter.
God Save Our Homeland Ghana and help us RESIST THE LAND LOOTERS.
