Ghana is in a Democratic Dictatorship: With a click of journalists promoting Media Tyranny

These stomache journalists and mercenary media houses, sold Ghana for adverts and largesse to the Akufo-Addo Government...

Journalism is an open profession, meaning anybody can become a journalist today – all you need is to decide.

“The Ghana Journalists Association has not been able to organise its own election for nearly forever – why?”

The Fourth Estate of the Realm:

Most of Ghana’s journalists and the bulk of the Ghanaian media who are expected to keep in check the three Arms of government, are themselves needing to be checked…

Ghana’s gatekeepers need to be watched, as most have been compromised because of economic or political reasons…

“Stomach journalists abound in Ghana.”
The gluttony of some politicians and sycophants masquerading as journalists is largely responsible for Ghana landing in the economic mess and dirty debt ditch.

“For some money and political appointments, many of Ghana’s journalists turned a blind eye…”
Some Ghanaian journalists helped prop Bawumia as the Economic Messiah till he got us into this Economic Mess.

Some Media houses propagated Ken Ofori-Atta’s phantom robust and resilient economy till it tanked under the weight of borrowing that benefited his Databank and Charles Adu Boahen’s Black Star company not Ghanaians…

These stomache journalists and mercenary media houses, sold Ghana for adverts and largesse to the Akufo-Addo Government…

They orchestrated Media Blackouts on some issues;

1. The Article 146 Petition for the removal of Justice Sophia Akuffo as Chief Justice for two (2) years until her eventual retirement on her 70th birthday.

2. The Article 146 Petition for the removal of Jean Adukwei Mensa as Chairperson of the Electoral Commission since 21st January, 2021

THEY DOWNPLAYED THE PERVASIVE CORRUPTION, HARDSHIP & REFUSED TO REPORT THE SERWAH BRONI SEX SCANDAL TO SAVE THE AKUFO ADDO GOVERNMENT…

Even after secret audio recordings of conversations in the office of the Police CID Headquarters were broadcast on Loud Silence TV by Kevin Taylor confirmed aspects of the Serwah Broni story through the voices of DCOP Maame Tiwaa and Hopes on Adoryeh.

Ghanaians are shell shocked that these same journalists and media houses who were recently gleefully reporting unsubstantiated sex scandals can refuse to report on the alleged use of National Security operatives to stage an armed robbery on an alleged ex-lover of President Akufo-Addo by the victim, Serwah Broni…

“The similarity of the Serwah Broni tape to the A-plus tape of the CID Boss (recently promoted to ironically head the Economic and Organised Crime Organisation – EOCO) and her obvioys interest in a cover-up to save President Akufo Addo has not caught the attention of the Ghanaian media who claim to be INDEPENDENT, FEARLESS & CREDIBLE…”

The wife of the President, the First Lady, Rebecca Akufo-Addo’s name is also taboo…

Kwabena Bobie-Ansah of Accra FM who dared to follow the Looting of State Lands and demolition of Government Bungalow at the Cantonments Civil Aviation Land by powerful faceless persons…

Kwabena Bobie-Ansah was harassed by the National Media Commission then abducted after his show by armed men claiming to be National Security operatives, later arrested by the Police and put on trial…

The Police Report on the identities of the persons illegally developing the Cantonments Civil Aviation Land has not been made public…

The illegal development of the disputed Cantonments Civil Aviation land is continuing just like the militaryare doing at Kpletso…

IN DEFIANCE OF THE CLAIM BY THE LANDS MINISTER THAT HE HAS ISSUED A STOP WORK ORDER just like the Kpletso order he issued to the Military through the Defence Minister.

Samuel Abu Jinapor claimed on national television that “some powerful people go round on weekends looking for State Lands and Bungalows with little or no activity” then come to his office to pressure him to allocate these prime lands to them, yet the Ghanaian Media have not followed up ekosiisen?

A notorious Landguard, Clemence Gyato recently claimed on Citi FM that the Deputy Lands Minister, Benito Owusu-Bio is behind their Anyok Holdings vigilante group, yet the Ghanaian Media have not followed up ekosiisen?

The Executive Secretary of the Lands Commission confirmed on Citi FM that the Lands Ministry had an agreement with Clemence Gyato and Anyok Holdings to reclaim encroached State Lands and be paid with portions of the State Lands, yet the Ghanaian Media have not followed up ekosiisen?

The other Deputy Lands Minister, George Mireku Duker despite his spectacular failure in the Fight Against Galamsey which has according to COCOBOD led to the destruction of 82% of Ghana’s farmlands, George Mireku Duker was reported in the media as having a Galamsey Gang which was recently involved in a Deadly Galamsey Gang War, yet the Ghanaian Media have not followed up ekosiisen?

“The mercenary media and stomach journalists are aware yet turn a blind eye and remain silent perhaps because it is bad Table Manners…”

On the Article 146 Petitions that President Akufo-Addo has refused to act on;

Which act is in breach of the 1992 Constitution and his Presidential oath,
The Ghanaian media broadcast that President Akufo-Addo promptly acted on the Charlotte Osei Article 146 Petition, because the President is only a conveyor belt in such Article 146 Petition cases, and had no choice but to act on such cases.

Today, the same Ghanaian media is not telling Ghanaians the status of the Akufo Addo conveyor belt and why President Akufo-Addo is refusing to act on these Article 146 Petitions…”

THE OBVIOUS HYPOCRISY & DISHONESTY OF THE GHANAIAN MEDIA is worsened by the fact that key journalists like Sampson Lardi Anyinenyi, Kweku Baako, Kwame Sefa Kayi, Paul Adom Ochere, Benard Avle, Umaru Sanda, Philip Osei Bonsu and Omanhene Kwabena Asante are aware of the Sophia Akuffo and Jean Mensa Article 146 Petitions that President Akufo-Addo has refused to act on, yet these Ghanaian Journalists have deliberately not followed up ekosiisen?

Did You Know that ironically, coincidentally or by design both Justice Sophia Akuffo and Jean Adukwei Mensa’s IEA were fraudulently allocated prime State Lands at Cantonments for?
Assault on Journalists, ONE STATION DIFFERENT RESPONSES…”

The unresolved case of Citi FM/TV journalist Nii Ayikwei Okine whose bleeding head wound was on our television screens on 15th April, 2021 after the Kpletso Assault by armed men in Ghana Army Uniform…

Citi FM/TV journalist Caleb Kudah had been assaulted by some National Security operatives just before Nii Ayikwei Okine was assault by the Ghana Army officers…

Citi FM/TV Petitioned the National Media Commission in the case of Caleb Kudah and got results in one (1) week.
Yet in the case of Nii Ayikwei Okine they did Petition the National Media Commission, have not reported the assault to the Police and most likely CITI FM/TV will never seek justice for their own journalist…

“Ghana’s steep drop in the world’s Press Freedom ranking is not accidental.”
Even friendly media are not protecting their own journalists, critical media houses are shut down while vocal journalists are constantly hounded, assaulted or arrested…

The storming of the Ada Community Radio station by hoodlums, destroying property and assaulting the host and panelists of a talks how for daring to discuss the Ada Songhor Salt forcible takeover by McDan’s Electrochem after President Akufo signed sn Executive Instrument giving them the entire Songhor Lagoon to mine for salt; immediately rendering the indigenous people jobless and depriving them their heritage.

The Police Report has not been made public and nobody has been brought to book just like the Kpletso Assault case.
Juxtapose the storming of Citi FM and the reaction and results with the storming of
Radio Ada…

This is a snapshot of Ghana’s Press Freedom record, which the Journalists Without Borders were to take into account, would have gotten Ghana a much steeper drop in the world rankings.

Don’t be a Spectator, you can also become a Citizen Journalist and record happenings which soon will become history…
