Ghana to Conduct Oil Industry Audits

Speaking on the sidelines of the JoyBusiness Town Hall Meeting on Oil and Gas held in Accra, Deputy Energy Minister, Dr Mohamed Amin Adam said that the government of Ghana will begin an audit in all companies in the oil and gas value chain in the country.

According to the government, the audits will be begin before the end of this year. The move is aimed at checking the cash inflows and expenditures in the sector.
