The overwhelming endorsement of National Democratic Congress (NDC) victory is a call for judiciary reform.

It’s impirical evidence that the independence, accountability and impartiality of the judiciary has been corrupted by the most corrupted and the worst president (Akuffo Addo) Ghana have had, therefore for the New government (NDC) to succeed by meeting the expections of the voters, we must ensure that judiciary’s independence, accountability and impartiality which is vital for upholding of the rule of law and promotion of public trust in the justice system is quickly restored before we begin the Operation Restore All Lots (ORAL) if not the effort will be in futility.

Some of the judges must being shown the exit way through any legal means possible for us to strengthen the accountability mechanisms of the courts.

This current judicial system is a risk to ORAL effort, economic growth, Ghana’s development and the resetting agenda based on the events we witnessed specially from supreme Court prior to the this year’s election. Well-functioning judiciary is essential for attracting foreign investment, promoting economic growth, and ensuring that businesses operate in a stable and predictable environment therefore we cannot afford to let Ghanaians down on their call to reform the judiciary and other institutions. The resetting of the country must start through the reform of the institutions without delay.
