Ghana’s Bipartisan Land Loot: NDC and NPP agree their people looted State Lands

Nii Osa Mills, Peter Amewu, Kwaku Asoma-Cheremeh and Samuel Abu Jinapor have questions to answer on their roles in supervising the theft of La Stool Lands acquired by the State for Civil Aviation purposes in various locations including Adenta and Cantonments.

The Communications Directors of the two major parties that have ruled Ghana since the beginning of the Fourth Republic agree that their members were involved in the Looting of State Lands in Ashanti and La which should have rightfully been returned to the Original Land Owners, namely the Golden Stool and the La Stool through the Asantehene and La Mantse Respectively.

Whereas Sammy Gyamfi of the NDC spoke extensively using the recent return of 409acres of State Acquired Lands in Ashanti region by government to the Asantehene in trust for the Subjects of the GOLDEN STOOL to buttress his point…

Yaw Buabeng Asamoah wrote officially to the Lands Minister and Parliament on the fraudulent takeover of La Stool Lands acquired by the State but clandestinely released to Clemence Gyato, Charles Owusu and others instead of being returned to the Original Land Owners, the La Stool through the La Mantse in trust for the Subjects of the La Stool.

Stephen Ntim is credited by Kennedy Agyepong with stealing and selling various Aviation and CSIR Lands while he was the head of the Lands Commission.

Yesterday’s visit by the Greater Accra Security Council to encroached CSIR Lands and the promise by the Greater Accra Regional Minister that all structures on all the Lands acquired by the State for CSIR will be demolished is a step in the right direction, if President Akufo-Addo will allow him to carry it out.

That is in sharp contrast to the illegal Agreement signed by the Lands Ministry and the notorious Landguard Clemence Gyato and Anyok Holdings to reclaim encroached State Lands and be paid with portions of the State Lands which they share with government officials.

All Civil Aviation Lands, CSIR Lands and the GBC and GRA Lands that Ken Ofori-Atta is alleged to have illegally annexed and shared among cronies must also be retrieved to the State or returned to the La Stool.

Government must return all Lands taken for a purpose but not used for the purpose or left to be encroached or stolen by State actors or fraudulently allocated to cronies.

Government after returning such State Acquired Lands and compensation issues resolved may require the Land so returned for a new purpose;

As per Article 20 (6) of the 1992 Constitution, if a Land is no longer required for the public purpose for which it was compulsory acquired, the owners of the Land immediately preceding the acquisition must be given the first option to re-acquire the land and, thereby pay back whatever compensation has been paid them or, or re-acquire the land at current values.

Despite the pendency of a court case Nii Osa Mills and subsequently Peter Amewu gave the Adenta Civil Aviation Lands to his nephew Clemence Gyato who the Land Ministry signed an illegal Agreement to facilitate the Looting of State Lands by pretending to be reclaiming Encroached State Lands.

Attached letters from La Stool Lawyers, Bright Akwetey and Amarkai Amarteifio as well as the National Investigation Committee (NIC) Report on La Lands on page 99 clarifies the issues on the Adenta Civil Aviation Lands.

Nii Osa Mills was convicted on 24th January, 2017 because of his 1st December, 2015 letter changing E. I. 127, becoming the second Sitting Minister of State after S. B. Dombo to be convicted for acts done while in office because of his role in the Adenta Civil Aviation Landgrab.

His successors who supervised the Clemence Gyato annexation and demolition of property to park GalamseyExcavators, Charles Owusu acquisition and sale to Agrowave among others must be wary…

Sampson Lardi Anyenini stated last week’s Newsfile programme by reminding everybody of aspects of the New Land Law ACT 1036 that anybody including Chiefs and Government officials who are found guilty in Land transactions are liable to fines up to GHc180, 000 and or 7years prison sentences…

ACT 1036 demands Transparency and Accountability of all Fiduciaries, Chiefs and Government officials in all Land transactions; the Civil Aviation Lands inclusive…

The disputed Cantonments Civil Aviation Land being developed by faceless thieves can no longer be shrouded in secrecy.

President Akufo-Addo has a duty to sack his Lands Minister(s) and officials of the Lands Commission, if they continue to keep secret the identities of the developers and documents on the ongoing Civil Aviation Landgrab.

Ghanaians must see whatever report Government claims to have on the Cantonments Civil Aviation Land after the Asoma-Cheremeh MoU was resisted by the Civil Aviation workers and citizens of La.

Ghanaians are resolved to be Citizens and not Spectators.

An independent Commission of Enquiry into all State Acquired Lands including all Civil Aviation Lands is an imperative, with the same speed the Bulgarian Embassy Land was handled…

Read then Member of Parliament for Adenta Constituency, Yaw Boabeng Asamoah’s letter to the Lands Minister dated 21st April, 2017 and the National Investigation Committee (NIC) Report page 99 [attached] and see the solution to the Landgrab.

Use the same template to return State Acquired Lands not being used for the original purpose, as done in Ashanti Region to the Asantehene in trust for the Subjects of the GOLDEN STOOL to other Stools and Skins.

Retrieve and return all La Lands as determined in the NIC Report, and unused for the purpose for which they were originally acquired by the State to the La Mantse in trust for the Subjects of the LA STOOL and not allocate such Lands to State Actors, family, friends and business associates as is captured in the long list of living Land Looters.

God Bless Our Homeland Ghana.
