MONEY IS A STORE OF VALUE, BUT SO IS LAND…

Whereas Money may appreciate or depreciate over time depending on the currency and other factors;

LAND ALWAYS APPRECIATES IN VALUE OVER TIME.

Auditor General’s Report on Stolen and Misappropriated State Funds and State Assets must be timely and followed by prosecutions…

There must be an audit of all State Acquired Lands and Bungalows with the Status of each published for public scrutiny.

The fraudulent allocation and Stealing of State Lands particularly La Lands by State Actors, their families, friends and business associates must be dealt with timeously and followed by prosecutions.

Land is a fundamental to development but in Ghana has become a currency for Corruption.

Land transactions are used for laundering Galamsey and Corruption money to escape detection in bank accounts…

The Special Prosecutor must take immediate action to save Ghana from the phenomenon of Corruption and Money Laundering by investigating all allocation of State Lands to private persons and organisations…

The Trade Fair Redevelopment Project Land, the Cantonments Civil Aviation Land, Adenta Civil Aviation Lands, CSIR Lands, GRA Lands, GBC Lands and Kpletso which is being illegally annexed by the Ghana Armed Forces are but a few of such Stolen Lands that must be immediately retrieved and followed by prosecutions…

The fraudulent allocation of a State Land to Former Chief Justice Sophia Akuffo who paid GHc7000 for the prime Cantonments State Land worth millions must be investigated together with the hundreds of other high profile personalities and organisations who are holding on to prime State Acquired Lands…

The State may through the President acquire Lands anywhere in Ghana for a particular stated public purpose for a specified period and pay appropriate compensation to the Original Land Owners.

The President, as Trustee of State Acquired Lands, cannot nor through his agents such as the Minister or Lands Commission exporpriate any State Acquired Land in violation of the Constitution of Ghana.

Trustees per Trust Law are barred from benefiting from Trust Property or Land…

Corruption is the use of Public Office for Private Benefit;

QUESTION:

Would Sophia Akuffo or Georgina Theodora Woode have been offered State Lands if they were not judges or Chief Justices?

There was absolutely no way all those on the long list of Land Looters which was complete with particulars of the hundreds of Looting transactions attached to the Article 146 Petition for the removal of Justice Sophia Akuffo would have been granted those allocations but for their connection to the President and Trustee of the State Lands or Bungalows or Trust Property.

The State Lands worth billions of Dollars fraudulently allocated by criminally-minded officials of the Lands Commission, Ministers of Lands, Works and Housing; in breach of the Constitution of Ghana, must all be retrieved.

Any person or organisation that steals State Funds or State Assets must be treated same as those who steal State Lands or Bungalows or use State Power to steal Stool Lands or Private Lands.

QUESTION:

Why is the right of first refusal by the pre-acquisition owners of State Lands not applied in the return or expropriation of La Lands?

The La Mantse Nii Kpobi Tettey Tsuru III vs Attorney General judgement must be reviewed to give justice to the La Stool in respect of La Lands.

CASE STUDY:

Cantonments Civil Aviation Land Looting by President Kufuor during the Ghana@50 and subsequent attempted Loot by Kwaku Asoma-Cheremeh while he was the Lands Minister was to be investigated by Samuel Abu Jinapor when he became Lands Minister.

Similarly, Samuel Abu Jinapor promised Parliament to investigate and present a report on the Kpletso Lands being clandestinely taken over by the Military under the watch of Kwaku Asoma-Cheremeh.

Neither the Kpletso Land nor the Cantonments Civil Aviation Land Reports have been made public yet under the watch of Samuel Abu Jinapor, these lands are illegally being developed by thieves.

There is a FREE-FOR-ALL stealing of prime lands belonging to LA while Samuel Abu Jinapor looks on sheepishly.

Samuel Abu Jinapor has been lamenting on national television that the people who are revered in our society drive around on weekends looking for State Lands and Bungalows with little or no activity then come to his office to pressure him to allocate these prime public lands to them.

Samuel Abu Jinapor must name the faceless thieves, stop them, have them arrested or be considered their accomplice and be prevented from continuing as Lands Minister…

QUESTION:

Who are the people stealing the Prime Public Lands?

Why are the THIEVES STEALING PUBLIC LANDS not being treated as the THIEVES STEALING PUBLIC FUNDS?

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

THE TRUSTEES, NAMELY THE PRESIDENT, MINISTERS and the criminals at the Lands Commission who in breach of the Constitution are FACILITATING THE ISSUANCE OF LAND DOCUMENTS to the thieves rather than arresting the thieves;

MUST BE TREATED AS ACCOMPLICES OF THE LAND THIEVES.

Ghanaians are enjoined by the Constitution of Ghana to rise in defence of the Constitution.

Ghanaians are resolved to be Citizens and not Spectators.

Land issues and Chieftaincy matters are very emotive and therefore the government particularly the President cannot continue to pretend to be asleep or unaware of the La Land Looting happening under his watch.
