It handles affairs relating to the Parliament of India, and works as a link between the two chambers, the Lok Sabha “House of the People,” the lower house and the Rajya Sabha “Council of States,” the upper house.

Speaking to AGN News, Dr. Evans Aggrey-Darkoh who is also a political science lecturer at the University of Ghana said they had visited the parliamentary training institute in India earlier to acknowledge the type of outreach and training programs they have.

“…we realized the composition of the training institute in terms of faculty…the course they have run and each of their programs, amongst other things” he said.
