Ghana runs a risk of soon importing water especially because President Akufo-Addo has failed in the Fight Against Galamsey in favour of Corruption by his appointees.

Consumers run the risk of paying more for water indefinitely until eventually Ghana runs out of water completely.

Galamsey is being privately promoted and even more so by the deliberate policy of the Bank of Ghana, guaranteeing to buy all locally produced gold, while a facade of a fight against Galamsey is painted publicly.

The reality is that Galamsey is being undertaken more brazenly than ever before.

Galamsey Equipment are being manufactured along major highways in the full glare of the President and his government officials, sometimes a few meters from Police Stations and District Assembly offices.

The Lands and Natural Resources Minister, Samuel Abu Jinapor has not addressed his deputy George Mireku Duker’s involvement in Galamsey and his other Deputy Benito Owusu-Bio in Landgrabbing.

President Akufo-Addo must speak to the nation on the Galamsey, Songhor Salt, Achimota Forest, Sakumono Ramsar and La Land Looting occurring under his watch.

Climate Change is conspiring with the above activities of the greedy few, and may soon trigger a cataclysmic catastrophe in Ghana beyond any apocalypse imaginable, if the President does not act quickly.

Ghana will soon have no viable rivers and potable water sources.

Ghana will soon have famine as a result of the destruction of its farmlands, cash crops…

With no good advice coming from the moribund Council of State and no arrests being made by the Police; Galamseyers will win…

With a comatose National Media Commission looking on for media terrorism and sniffling of critical voices and media houses to become the new normal;

With so-called revered Chiefs and notorious thieves conspiring with corrupt politicians to steal the very resources they hold in trust for the People – Land, Salt, Gold, Forests, Water bodies…

Ghana will become a FAILED STATE unless Ghanaians rise up to reverse the trend.

Ghanaians are resolved to be Citizens and not Spectators.

TOGETHER WE CAN.
