2020 election is not about President JM, is not about NDC, rather it’s about my future, your future and our future.
Let me avert your mind to this scarier development – that has to do with public debt management.
The way public expenditures are carried out will determine if public debt will have negative impact on the medium to long term or future generations or not.
Ghana today? So far, over 140 billions borrowed excluding the classified borrowings? Indeed, The way things are going as government invest so much in consumption – over 125 ministers and many other appointees (compensation) than in capital investment among other things. We shall be pinned down by what we call interest trap – borrowing to pay earlier debts .
