The Ayawaso West Wuogon Violence Commission indicted then National Security Minister at the office of the President, Bryan Acheampong who took responsibility for the rogue SWAT Team that went on a shooting spree during a by-election maiming several persons…

Bryan Acheampong refused to disclose his rank in the US Army claiming it was a classified Security Secret but willing to provide documents to prove honourable discharge.

KT Hammond and Bryan Acheampong have to go to court to set aside the adverse findings against them before they can be approved to take up the position of a Minister in the government of Ghana.

It is unclear if the indictment bars them from only being Ministers or also bars them from being members of Parliament.
