Girl found dead with used condoms in Twifo Praso

Shocking discovery in Twifo Praso: 18-year-old Nana Zinabu was found dead in her bedroom with used condoms and mouth sealed. Police launch investigation.

An 18 to 19-year-old girl, identified as Nana Zinabu, was found dead in her bedroom in Twifo Praso, Twifo Atti Morkwa district of the Central Region, with three used condoms found near her body.

The discovery has sent shockwaves through the community.

According to an eyewitness, who shared a residence with the deceased, she discovered the body at approximately 4:30 AM while preparing food for sale.

Upon noticing Nana Zinabu’s door ajar, she entered the room and found the young woman lying naked. Further inspection revealed that the victim’s mouth had been sealed with a substance resembling super glue, with apples and the used condoms present at the scene.

The eyewitness immediately raised an alarm, and residents subsequently reported the incident to the Praso Police Station.

The tragic death has instilled fear and panic among the residents of Twifo Praso, particularly as Nana Zinabu was reportedly nearing the completion of her sewing apprenticeship.

The deceased’s body has been deposited at the Twifo Atti Morkwa District Hospital for autopsy and further examination.

Superintendent Charles Addei Boateng, the Twifo Atti-Morkwa District Commander, has assured the public that a thorough investigation is underway. He pledged that the police will pursue all leads to bring the perpetrators to justice.
