Gov’t Releases Funds to Free SHS Suppliers’

The government has released twenty-six million cedis for disbursement to institutional suppliers under the free Senior High School Policy.

The suppliers include suppliers responsible for the supply of school uniforms, PE kits, stationary among others.

Kwasi Kwarteng, Spokesperson for the Education Ministry in a statement said the release of the funds underscores the government’s commitment to fostering quality education and ensuring the smooth running of educational institutions.
