A recent “bloody fool” expletive lashed out by former Akufo-Addo insider, Boakye Agyarko, in the direction of Osei Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu for saying it is unwise for an Akan to lead the NPP in the 2024 presidential election, sets the tone for the Suame Parliamentarian to realise his smoothness level in the New Patriotic Party.

It seems Osei Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu’s political arc is beginning to look like the myth of Icarus, who plunged to earth after ignoring warnings that his waxen wings will melt if he flew too close to the sun.

The coming days will test the crisis management skills of a Majority Leader of Parliament who critics say is more interested in promoting his Vice Presidential brand than legislating and running government business.

Has Osei Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu finally lost it with his “j’accuse” comments directed at the Speaker and the Minority in Parliament?
