Ho Central NDC Primaries: Stanley Nelvis Glatey promises Hope for the Grassroots

Glatey also believes it is time Ho Central live up to expectation.

One of the parliamentary aspirants for the Ho Central Constituency, Stanley Nelvis Glatey, has sent a strong warning to the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Volta Region to stand well because he has not come to play. He recently launched his campaign in Ho ahead of the primaries set for May 13, 2023.


This being his second attempt after he lost narrowly in the 2019 primaries to Hon. Benjamin Komla Kpodo, he believes it is now his time since Hon. Kpodo is set bow out of parliament.

Stanley Glatey’s 2024 campaign bid message “Building the Ho Central we want together” is targeted at youth development, infrastructure, Education, socio economic Human capacity development and the general well-being of the constituents especially market women.

He believes that it is time to bring an end to the joblessness, Despair, and desperation that has filled the heart of the youth in Ho Central and bring back the hope.

Glatey also believes it is time Ho Central live up to expectation.

“The time has come for Ho Central to live up to expectation, to be the heartbeat of the world bank, that time is now, the time has come as a caution for the NPP to understand that there is a new dawn, that new dawn is represented in the personality of Stanley Nelvis Glatey,” he said.

He believes the NPP as a party is gaining grounds in the Ho Central constituency based on the lies that they are feeding the grassroots. He warned that he is coming to put an end to the deception in the Constituency, “NPP should be warned,” he stated.

The former Ho Central Constituency secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) assured the cadres of the party that their efforts would never be left unnoticed during his tenure in office as the Member of Parliament for the Ho Central Constituency.

“I have learnt from the best hands, the experience I have acquired, and I am happy that those from whom I learnt are still alive and they will back me with their support, advices and counsel.

“There will be no turning back, we will reach our destination and of course a name and legacy will be left behind that of course, we have a young boy who has become a young man who has learnt through the structures of the party, understood the ideas and has committed a whole of his life to building that capacity for the electoral victory that awaits him come 2024,

The former TEIN secretary also charged delegates to consider him and former John Mahama’s ticket as a need to ensure a massive victory in the 2024 election ” he said

He assures the constituency of achieving the agenda One Hundred Thousand Votes goal for the party and the Constituency in the general election.
