Hope for Ghanaians after Covid-19 as Green Energy Cities and Jobs come in its Wake

Though Covid-19 has paused on projects in all aspects and discouraged foreign partners for some time, 2022 has ushered in new strategic local professional partners; i.e, Dr.Lorinda Liang-State Clinical Translational Scientific Research facilitating the Affordable Housing to the Green, Energy Smart City; the “Mega Star City” Project of projects in Ghana

This involves the Affordable Housing Construction Partner Terraform Development and Co, EPC General Contractors 1.China Railways- China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC), 2. China Jiangxi International and Technical Cooperation(CJIC), 3.China Construction-CBMI and its subsidiary fiduciary companies, SINOMA, SGEL, 4.CNEEC newly joined and many more from European countries, and well known companies from USA.

Investment groups Nomura, White Capital Trinity, Foundation Custodian Management Companies, Fresh Waters, Doli Law, Helms Family Office, Switzerland and Deloitte Touche ( Asset Management Company), Blay Associates ( Legal Advisory Firm) are working closely with Dr.Lorinda Liang and her executive teams of professionals.

All these institutions are in partnership with the New Cities Development with affordable Housing, thus creating the 5 Star Living Environment; notably, Health Welfare, Education and mostly the creation of hundreds thousands  of jobs.

This was disclosed to this medium by us interviewing Dr. Lorinda Liang, Chairman and Projects Advisor of these projects, who also doubles as the Executive Head of International Companies and Foundations with her First Class Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) General Contractors from USA, Asia, Africa and Europe. According to Dr. Liang, Ghanaians are assured under these programmes of unprecedented new cities living, an uplifting of overall education, job opportunities standards. She noted they carry a profound impact on happiness, lifestyle and productivity of an individual. Yet the delivery of adequate housing has become more challenging for governments in Africa and for that matter Ghana. It is impossible for Ghana’s government to build new houses to meet its more than 2 million housing deficits without individual investor’s contributions. It is very true that the housing problem in Ghana has not only caused homelessness and led to slum dwellers in our communities, but also ruined the aesthetic pleasures of the country’” she bemoaned.

Dr. Liang noted further that the cost of houses on the Ghanaian market far exceeds the means of many ordinary Ghanaian workers who have hope of ever owning their own homes during their working lifetime.

“Ghana’s housing now exceeds Two (2) million despite an annual supply of about 40,000 Units” she noted.

The Executive Head pointed out that it is against this background that the new city development project, which is aimed at working with local and international partners to reduce Ghana’s housing deficits, has been brought in with the sole aim of providing affordable housing to an ordinary Ghanaian! “Dr. Liang stressed.

The Green Energy Home & Jobs

Comprising the Mega Star, Five stars New Cities Development Projects in Ghana, they have the affordable housing contracts which were proposed under Terraform Development working partners  and State Clinical, they have secured an overall 3,000 acres at Amasaman, 67.47 at Boteman. Others are at Katanaso, East Legon, Prampram, Efutu Gomoa, Agoneda, Dodowa and Shai Hills.

Dr. Liang stated that State Clinical Transitional Scientific Research GH and its finance arranger White Capital/ White Capital Trinity are the developer, the main facilitator for financing, construction and engineering companies’ arranger for the overall project.

“This is a MEGA project, as we welcome all participants to join us to develop our future paradise on earth from Ghana, Dr.Lorinda Liang herself now going through many mis-representation, non-relevant negligence’s presented by others who had contacted her companies.  She claims, “The good faith of a few of her local subcontractors and partners who joined her companies for transactions, contracts, were fading away with negative minds, actions against the companies.  She paused with the tone of sadness… We need to trust who we hire just as much as we run the marathon, not until the finishing lines are touched, the race is not finished.    This project mainly seeks to achieve a double bottom line; thus, whilst creating a solution to Ghana’s deficit of Two Million housing needs by starting 200,000 units affordable housing, it will also provide 1,500,000 plus jobs with the 3 shifts 24/7 meals provided especially for the youth of the country”, University, Professional College, Certification Programs, we have spent the last 3 years to well plan the strategies as Dr. Liang stated herself has not been on payroll but continue to advance all costs until the stage 1 construction to start in this month, we do wish all participants to stay put and be supportive to achieve our goals.
