The Deputy General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Haruna Mohammed, has praised the Minority Members of Parliament (MPs) for standing their ground and defending themselves during the chaos in Parliament on Thursday, 30th January.

He also highlighted the disruption caused by individuals linked to the NDC, who he claimed had targeted NPP members in Parliament.

He warned that if the Minority MPs had not defended themselves, the situation could have escalated.

With a firm warning, saying, “If this continues and the thugs of the NDC keep coming to Parliament, we will have no choice but to mobilise our supporters to go there as well “he concluded.
