Ghana international Andre Ayew has made it clear that he has no intention of retiring from football anytime soon, expressing his passion for the game and commitment to continue playing.

The veteran forward, who has enjoyed an impressive 18-year career since making his professional debut, reflected on his journey in a recent interview with BBC Africa. Ayew earned his first call-up to the Black Stars in 2007 under coach Claude Le Roy and has since represented nine clubs throughout his career.

When asked about his future in football, Ayew responded, “How long do you want to stay in the game? That’s the question you need to answer for yourself. Good players around you help, and as time goes on, you get smarter. You find spaces where, maybe in the past, you wouldn’t because you can smell it. I love what I’m doing, and I’m not ready to stop.”
