He made these remarks on Thursday, January 30, during his vetting by the Appointments Committee.
“I am not a disrespectful person. I have opinions, and I state them forcefully,” he stressed.

Answering a question by the MP For Weija-Gbawe Constituency, Ahmed Jerry Shaib, Mr George noted that his conviction and outspoken nature are driven by a deep commitment to his principles and the national interest.
According to him, “robust discussions and fearless articulation of ideas are essential for effective leadership and policy making.”
Mr George assured the Committee that he would work collaboratively with stakeholders in the digital and communications sector, maintaining professionalism while championing policies that advance Ghana’s technological progress.
