“People are saying I forced my relationship with Maya, Maya doesn’t like me but I forced him to marry me. Trudy loves Maya more than Maya loves her. But you can’t force someone to do what he doesn’t want to do. I don’t know where you guys got these ideas that I forced Maya to marry me. I never forced Maya to marry me, and he can say the same thing. It was a mutual agreement.” Miss Trudy clarified.

Speaking on her Youtube channel, the digital media influencer categorically stated that she is where she is today because of Wode Maya so it is not true that the Ghanaian Youtuber is the cause of her unhappiness. “Guys if I say I am not happy, there are so many things that are happening in life. And it doesn’t have to mean that Maya is the cause of my unhappiness. Where I am today, I would not be here if not Maya. Maya is my best friend, Maya is my everything” She stated.

Adding that “The truth is that everything happening on the internet has actually caught me by surprise because I did not see it coming. What happened was that I did an interview with a Ghanaian content creator, it was a podcast and we talked about so many things, I was trying to be as honest as possible about my life and what is going on in my life.”

“And he asked me, do you and Wode Maya spend enough time together? And I say no because that is the truth. We don’t spend enough time together. He is always traveling and I also travel too……………Some are saying I said I don’t need a man. What I meant was that I just want to be independent, a young girl working hard, having your own things together, that doesn’t literally mean I don’t really need a man.”
