‘I thought we knew how to party in Lagos but…’- Toke Makinwa on Richard Quaye’s party

Nigerian media personality, entrepreneur, and socialite Toke Makinwa has shared her excitement and experience after attending business mogul Richard Quaye’s party in Accra.

Toke Makinwa, wasn’t just a guest at the 40th birthday of business mogul and serial entrepreneur, Richard Nii Armah Quaye but also hosted the event together with Ghanaian actress, Joselyn Dumas.

Taking to Instagram, Toke talked about the warm reception she received from Ghanaians, while also recounting the memorable night at the Independence Square, where the plush party was held on March 22.

“Touched down in Accra to host #RNAQ40 last night… I thought we knew how to party in Lagos, but y’all did a thing in Accra! The warm welcome, as always, is everything! Me do wo Ghana!” she wrote.

Richard Nii-Armah Quaye on his 40th birthday decided to flex his wealth by inviting celebrities from all walks of life and countries including neighbouring Nigeria to grace the occasion.

Nigerian actors Ramsey Nouah, Mofe Damijo, and Shaffy Bello were spotted exchanging pleasantries with Quaye at his birthday party.

A host of other Nigerian influencers including fashion icons and social media influencers Enioluwa, Latasha of Lagos, and Swanky Jerry as well as former BB Naija star, Neo Akpofure were spotted.

To top it all, Nigerian Afrobeats superstar Davido also performed at the event with Cubana Chief Priest spotted with him.
