The Founder and leader of Ghana Freedom Party (GFP) Madam Akua Donkor, has hinted of plans to review the Supreme Court ruling over her suit which sought to have the president and his vice removed from office over the Number 12 expose.
A seven-member panel of Supreme Court justices, presided over by Justice Jones Dotse, on Wednesday, November 27, 2019, rejected Madam Donkor’s plea for the President and his Vice to step down following their alleged involvement in acts of corruption captured in Anas Aremeyaw Anas’ investigative piece on corruption in Ghana football.
They also slapped on Madam Donkor a cost of GH¢10, 000.00 after the State asked for GH¢50,000.00.
Reacting to the issue on Nyankonton Mu Nsem on Rainbow Radio 87.5Fm, she said she was unhappy at the ruling hence her decision to seek for review.
She also described the cost slapped on her as unfortunate.
The female politician and farmer also hinted of plans to seek redress at the international court over the matter.
According to her, she had no idea the court was going to rule on the matter hence her absence on the day.
