I’m Committed To Driving Development In Oforikrom Even Though I’m In Opposition – Michael Aidoo

The Member of Parliament (MP) for Oforikrom Constituency, Hon. Michael Kwasi Aidoo, says that even though his party is in opposition, he is committed to lobbying for the development of his constituency in fulfillment of his campaign promises.

“We understand the political game of party in power having bigger share in terms of national cake but I will continue to push and work for my Constituents to get their fair share, as I said during my campaign that I believe in self-empowerment to assist the youth in income generating skills especially in apprenticeship.”

According to him, he is already aware of the challenges regarding the delay in the release of the Common Fund, but he will work within his capacity to support his constituents, especially the youth.

Mr. Aidoo expressed his deepest appreciation to his constituents for giving him the opportunity to serve as their Member of Parliament and reaffirmed his readiness to serve their interests in Parliament.
