The 29-year-old Ghanaian talisman netted twice in Swansea City’s 3-1 win over Middlesbrough to end the club’s six games winless run in the Championship, prompting manager Steve Cooper to suggest that the club’s top scorer could be receiving a bid from big teams.

However, the Ghanaian said he is happy at the club and committed to helping them achieve something big.

“I’m not thinking about leaving Swansea anytime soon at all and I’m here, 100% here thinking about the next game, that’s Luton. That’s speculation, that’s what people are going to say.”

According to Ayew, he is just focused on achieving ‘something big together’ with the Swans.

“I’m just focusing on what’s ahead of me and I’m happy here so that’s not something I think about.”

Meanwhile, the Ghanaian believes that he can be successful at any club at any level.

“I think I can at any level. That’s not my question. I think I can play at any level, that’s not the problem. I’m happy here. If I’m here it’s because I decided to be here and it was my decision,” the deputy captain of Swansea said.

He added: “We want to do something great so we need to keep working and later we will see (what happens). I’m happy and enjoying my football with the lads. The lads, the staff, the club, the fans have a lot of belief in me. I just have to focus on that.”

“What is important for me is to get the legs going, get wins and from there we will see.”
