The Double for Your Trouble package includes a maximum of GHC 6,000 for repair limit for insured’s vehicle and the standard GHC 6000 Third Party Property Damage (TPPD) Liability.

Under The Big Bang, the maximum cover under Collision Insurance, the insured is entitled to a limit of GHC 10,000 for the repair of own vehicle involved in a collision and the standard GHC 6000 Third Party Property Damage (TPPD) Liability.

A unique feature of the policy is the hospitalization cover, a health insurance component. The insured is offered financial support in the event of a severe illness that requires hospitalization for three or more consecutive days. This benefit extends to illnesses unrelated to accidents, demonstrating Imperial’s commitment to the overall well-being of its policyholders.

According to the Public Relations Officer of the Concerned Drivers Association of Ghana, David Agboado, the new policy is a game changer for members of his association, especially for all Third Party policyholders who upgrade their cover to Collision Insurance. “Drivers who buy Collision Insurance do not only have cover for damages to other vehicles involved in a collision, they also enjoy the benefit of repairs for their vehicles.”, he stressed.

Imperial is a member of the African Insurance Organization (AIO) and the Ghana Club 100, a list of the top 100 blue chip Companies in Ghana. The Company was recently adjudged the Fastest Growing Insurance company for the second time running at the Ghana Insurance Awards as well as the Best Marketing Initiative for the year at the same awards.
