Speaking at the forum, Inlaks Executive Director, Olufemi Muraino, enumerated the company’s efforts to improve the financial sector across the region focusing on core banking efficiency, e- solutions, and digital banking tools.

During the event, Guest Speaker, Precious Murena, a Strategy and Innovation consultant emphasized the importance of data in unifying and implementing centrally managed sharing and governance guidelines for banks to improve customer experience. In addition, Edward Kapili, Manager, Central Bank of Zambia attested to Inlaks’ efficiency in its deliverables including Skillset and knowledge transferred to ICT staff which has resulted in improved operations at the bank.
As Banks digitize their services, we continue to develop initiatives that meet expectations for Large Banks and microfinance institutions to increase market share and scalable core banking capabilities.
