It is about time the Church gets serious and stop losing Creative Talents to the World
Pastor Ehhh… Church Ehhhh… Listen if you are here Ooooo.. Listen
Many Artists or Talents in the church do not get support from their pastors, church elders, and church members. The musician that has been singing for more than 3,4,5 years etc, has never gotten any support from the church to produce a song or even host a concert. The Choreography and The drama department of the church is only called upon when Children’s Day or Youth week is approaching and that is when the elders of the church and pastor set a committee to make sure there is a performance from them.
The Actors, playwrights, and artistic directors who are in the church are not given any chance to up with a product that could change lives, the church is losing talents to the world. The church does not care about the artist we have in the church. They do not even motivate them if they work for the church but are ready to raise funds to buy a car for the pastor. The church does not care about Production evangelism.
The church has lost a lot of artists to the world after nurturing them from Sunday schools, some men of God are only interested in how much money they made that day at church services or the number of people who came to service.
If you look at the structure of the church, it is so disappointing that little or no attention is given to people with talents.
Graphic designers of the church and media crew are required to do free services for the church and when a church closes, the pastor and elders sit in their cars and leave without even appreciating them. This kind of neglect and other unconcerned attitudes of the church’s head of departments or the youth pastor have driven lots of talents to the world. The church does not pay for the services and eventually loses the wonderful artist to the world. And when they get to the world stages with their gifts, they conform to worldly standards. We see more nude, sex, fornication, and provocative blasphemy of creative work and stories.
Now the church even enjoys their work and even plays or use them for occasions.
Why is the Pastor failing the church youth?
Would Jesus be happy that the Shepherds are losing sheeps to the world?
It is about time the Church gets serious with the artists and creatives of the church.
