It’s not our mandate to rebuild collapsed structures for disaster victims – NADMO

“It is not within our mandate to rebuild their structures for them. We cannot completely go in to rebuild their structures for them. It is not within our mandate; we support and give temporal structures to those who have lost their houses and give some relief items to those whose livelihood are affected. But for the major support for the community, central government will have to come in”
