It’s Official: OSP puts former Ghana Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta on WANTED LIST
…He has been declared a Fugitive, wanted for Criminal Actions

The Special Prosecutor Kissi Agyebeng has declared former Finance Minister Ken Ofori Atta a fugitive needed for criminal conduct.
The OSP revealed that the fugitive is needed for misappropriation of funds on SML, National Cathedral and other cases.

The OSP revealed this at a news Conference in Accra on Wednesday.

Meanwhile Ken Ofori Atta has fled the country but the OSP has warned that either he returns to Ghana voluntarily or Interpol will be triggered to force him back to Ghana to stand trial.
