KAN DAPAAH: Is a Toyota with registration number RANGER 1-18 a National Security operational vehicle, Mr. President? –  Owula Mangortey asks

I am a Citizen.

I rise to ask my respected Retired and Tired President Billy Akufo-Addo whether he knows of the operational activities of a Toyota with registration number RANGER 1-18 driven by a “mystery” man.

Your Excellency, your soldiers whisper that the vehicle is often seen at the precincts of the Offices of the Chief of Army Staff, the Provost Marshal and Commanding Officer of the Military Police.

Your soldiers whisper that it is also often seen at the National Security Council Secretariat (NSC) and the Asutsuare Training Camp owned by the NSC, but run on a day-to-day basis by the Ghana Armed Forces.

Your Excellency, will your National Security Minister confirm whether the vehicle belongs to the Ghana Armed Forces or the National Security Council Secretariat.
