KIC Fellowship Program launches new era, swears in national, regional representatives

The Kosmos Innovation Center (KIC), has ushered in a transformative chapter for its Fellowship Program by swearing in 23 dynamic National and Regional Representatives.
The swearing-in of the national and regional representatives is to propel the program’s impact to unprecedented heights, ensuring that the benefits of the Fellowship reach every corner of the country.
The event, which took place in Accra, the capital city of Ghana, saw nine (9) national representatives and their Deputies, along with fourteen (14) regional representatives, taking their oaths of office, marking a pivotal moment in the Fellowship Program’s journey.
The newly inducted leaders were tasked with the vital role of bridging the gap between KIC’s initiatives and the grassroots, which aims at fostering a culture of involvement and ownership among Fellows.

The Executive Director of KIC, Benjamin Gyan-Kesse, addressing the representatives, emphasized on the unique leadership opportunities their roles present. He encouraged them to serve with dedication and focus on activities that add tangible value to their peers.
“The roles provide an opportunity for the Representatives to exhibit their leadership skills, serve Fellows with all their heart, and to look at activities and events that add value to Fellows,” Gyan-Kesse stated.
Titus Michael Beyuoh, KIC Business Development Manager, on his part highlighted the importance of integrity and transparency in leadership. He urged the representatives to be open-minded, welcoming, and proactive in seeking feedback from Fellows.

Stanley Amamu, KIC Community Lead, provided an insightful overview of the Fellowship Program’s framework and strategy, focusing on its goals and vision as he aimed to align the representatives with the program’s overarching objectives, setting a clear path for their leadership journey.
With their new roles, the representatives are now set to formally introduce themselves to KIC Faculty Advisors, Technical Officers, and Program Officers at the regional levels. Their immediate task is to start planning the mobilization of Fellows and designing impactful programs tailored to regional needs.
The KIC Fellowship Program, created by the Kosmos Innovation Center, is poised for a new era of growth and success, driven by the energy and commitment of these newly sworn-in leaders. Their efforts are expected to create a ripple effect, empowering young Entrepreneurs across Ghana and beyond.
