Kuami Eugene Denies Lynx Entertainment Exit
He, therefore, assured fans that if he were to leave the label, an official announcement would be made by both parties.
Musician Kuami Eugene has dismissed rumours of his departure from Lynx Entertainment, affirming that he remains signed with the record label.
In an interview with Andy Dosty on Hitz FM, the ‘Angela’ hitmaker clarified that the claims of his exit are unfounded and speculative.
He, therefore, assured fans that if he were to leave the label, an official announcement would be made by both parties.
“People are so impatient on social media. If there was an official exit like everyone is talking about, I’ve not put anything out, Lynx has not put anything out, and people are just trying to end our contract for us,” he stated.
He emphasised that there is no truth to the rumours, indicating that, “At the end of the day, if we are close to the level where we feel like ‘okay, Kuami is no longer with Lynx, and he is done,’ we will put it out for everyone to know.”
Kuami Eugene further highlighted that his working relationship with Lynx Entertainment remains strong.
“I just sent a song to Richie two days ago on a project he is working on, and he needs me to do one or two things for him, so we are so cool. If I happen to leave there, we will put it out,” he added.
