LORDINA MAHAMA IS GHANA’S FINEST FIRST LADY OF ALL TIME
Lordina Mahama is ranked the best first lady ever.
It is not joke being the first lady of Ghana, a person needs to manage her family and time well and Lordina leaved no stone on that. She didn’t let the success and popularity of her husband get to her head. As first lady of the republic, she weighed her words before speaking and maintained her composure at all times and on all platforms.
She always fought against inhumanity and injustices in our society and became the voice for the voiceless. She served the society and our communities through her N.G.O ( Lordina Foundation) and known for voicing her opinions strongly for causes relating to women empowerment, child nutrition and support for the aged.
Unlike other first ladies, Lordina’s achievements go beyond just being the wife of a Great leader (John Mahama). She broke out out of that mould and worked for the social issues that required her concern and support. She received many international and local awards because of the support she offered society. She was a model first lady, a faithful wife and a loving mother to all. She was a perfect hostess at her husbands abode and acted in a demure manner at all times, very smart beautiful and a great model for girls and women of all ages.
She set a good example for all young ladies, women of Ghana and future first ladies. She never interfered in her husband’s political business. She wisely ignored wicked allegations levelled against her by her husband’s political opponents. She always opened their doors to all including ardent critics of her husband. As a result of her strength, her hand work, humility, affability humour, honour and beauty, she became a force to reckon with.
All these were made possible for her because of the strength that God bestowed upon her and the confidence she always reposes in his creator. The Holy Book says ‘ She guards her lion with strength and strengthens her arm ( Proverbs 3:17). God created Lordina with so much strength and crowned her with beauty and honour.
