LT. GEN. AKWA: I can’t believe the names of soldiers on the GAF 2020 Special Early Voters List, Mr. President – Owula Mangortey wonders

I am a Citizen.

I rise to tell my respected Retired and Tired President Billy Akufo-Addo that I CANT believe that the Military High Command has released a list of personnel from the 49 Engineer Regiment for Special Early Voting in 2020.

Your Excellency, your soldiers whisper that normally, it is difficult, infact IMPOSSIBLE for political parties and major stakeholders to know the actual numbers of GAF SPECIAL VOTING LISTS.

Your Excellency, could you respectfully ask the Military High Command for an explanation for the list of Special Early Voters for 2020?

I cringe. I can’t believe it.

According to your soldiers, usually, the early voting is nothing new. And the GAF early voter list is usually released two to three months to a major event.

Your soldiers are whispering that it has become obvious to you and your government that the Military, Security and Intelligence Community will deliver massive deadly blows to you and your government in the 2020 elections.

So, your government is conspiring with the Military High Command to create fraudulent DATABASES, and program IT Systems to give a perticular false outcome.

Ye nim mu fri tete, your soldiers whisper!

According to your soldiers, between now and December 2020, several hundreds, if not thousands, of soldiers will be out of the jurisdiction on peacekeeping and other assignments.

Also, the same number will be returning home.

Your soldiers whisper these question:

(1). How would you know those in the SVL who would not be available to exercise their franchise directly?

(2). How would you know whether they would vote by proxy?

Your soldiers whisper that the SVL can be used as fraudulent PROXY VOTING LISTS if care is NOT taken.

According to your soldiers, SVLs are predictable or reliable if compiled about 2 – 3 months to a major election.

Why is the GAF SVL 2020 out in 2019, Mr President?

Your Excellency, I have attached the list of personnel of the 49 Enginner Regiment for Special Early Voting in 2020, for your prompt attention.

I can’t believe the list. It may be an internet scam. Or?

Unless the Military High Command provides better and further particulars.
