The opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) says its presidential candidate, John Dramani Mahama, is leading the collated results so far and have a parliamentary majority.

According to the party’s Director of Elections, Elvis Afriyie Ankrah, the party has so far won 140 seats contrary to claims by the incumbent New Patriotic Party (NPP) that they are winning.
He said this during an emergency press conference on Tuesday, December 8.
