Martin Kwabena Yeboah, Owusuaa Abigail, and Daniel Akwasi Ababio declared imposters in Offuman Traditional Area

The Omanhene of the Offuman Traditional Area, Nana Kwaku Gyan Brokuo II, and Queen mother of the Offuman Traditional Area, Nana Akosua Amobea II, have instituted a Chieftaincy Petition against Martin Kwabena Yeboah, Owusuaa Abigail, and Daniel Akwasi Ababio at the Bono East Regional House of Chiefs.

The Chieftaincy Petition, is as a results of the Order of Interlocutory Injunction that restrained the three individuals from styling themselves as Omanhene and Queen mother of Offuman.

In the notice of the Interlocutory Injunction signed by Nana Obiri Boahen, Ansah 8 Associates emphasized that, any person other than Nana Kwaku Gyan Brokuo II and Nana Akosua Amobea II as the the Omanhene or Queenmother of Offuman is an imposter and the Bono East Regional House of Chiefs must not deal with such person.

Below is the full Notice of the Interlocutory Injunction.

“Our clients instituted a Chieftaincy Petition against three individuals, in the persons of MARTIN KWABENA YEBOAH, OWUSUAA ABIGAIL and DANIEL AKWASI ABABIO at the BONO EAST REGIONAL HOUSE OF CHIEFS, TECHIMAN.

“On the 15th day of October, 2024, Nananom sitting at the BONO EAST REGIONAL HOUSE OF CHIEFS, TECHIMAN granted an Interlocutory Injunction restraining the individuals mentioned in the immediately preceding paragraph from acting as the Omanhene and Queenmother of Offuman. Find attached is a photocopy of the Order of Interlocutory Injunction.

“We are therefore by this letter bringing to your attention, the Order of Interlocutory Injunction against these individuals to let you know that, they have been restrained from styling themselves as Omanhene and Queenmother of Offuman. Any person who presents himself or herself as the Omanhene or Queenmother of Offuman apart from our clients is an imposter and respectfully, do not deal with such individual or character.”
