MASSIVE DEMOS LOOM: Over La General Hospital, La Trade Fair Looting, among Others

The first of a series of Demonstrations by the People of La is scheduled for Tuesday 25th April, 2023.

The Ghana Police Service and organisers of the Demonstration  met and agreed on the details for the Demonstration which will end with the Health Minister expected to receive a petition from angry residents of La, Teshie, Nungua, Osu and Ga Mashie who patronised the La General Hospital prior to its demolition.

Government has today, made another U-Turn on the La General Hospital;

Government is today promising to start construction work soon after it recently wrote a letter claiming that the original promise to build the La General Hospital within 2years was no longer possible due to lack of funds.

There are more Demonstrations in the offing over the Kpletso Land that is being stolen in the name of the Military, the Cantonments Civil Aviation is being illegally developed by faceless high profile persons as well as the ongoing stealing of the Trade Fair Redevelopment Project Land;

There will be accountability for all State Acquired Lands and transparency in all Land Transactions in accordance with the new Land Law ACT 1036.

Samuel Abu Jinapor must name the faceless persons developing the State Lands.

The Lands Minister claimed on Television that the people who are revered in our society go around on weekends looking for State Lands and Bungalows with little or no activity then come to his office to pressure him to allocate these prime lands to them.
