Medeama goalie Eric Ofori delighted by ‘great win’ against Hearts of Oak

Medeama SC goalkeeper Eric Ofori Antwi is delighted by his side’s big win against giants Hearts of Oak on Sunday. 

The Mauve and Yellows gave the Phobians footballing lessons after thrashing them 3-0 at the Akoon Park in match day 2 of the Ghana Premier League.

Antwi, who was captain on the day describe the victory as a ‘great win’ for the league leaders.

“Failure Is Not The Opposite Of Success. It’s Part Of Success. Great Win Medeama SC,” he posted on Social Media.

Striker Prince Opoku Agyemang netted a brace before Nana Kofi Babil added the third to send the Rainbow club back to Accra in embarrassing fashion.

Medeama holds a perfect start to the season with two wins from two games.

They next travel to Dansoman to play Liberty Professionals at the Carl Reindorf Park.
