Millionsol Ghana develops App for reporting Crime and Others

Millionsol Ghana, a technology solution company has developed a mobile application for the purposes of reporting unlawful public occurrences to the law enforcement agencies. This is to minimize the high rate of crimes in the country.

The application makes it possible for the citizenry to report cases such as robbery, violence, disasters among others to the appropriate authorities for action.

The platform is also to minimize the high rate of illegal conducts that continue to grow among Ghanaians and foreign nationals resident here.

At a press conference to demonstrate how to effectively use the application, the Software Programmer of the company, Frederick Otto Mensah, explained that the goal of developing the application is to solve problems that are negatively affecting the country.

“We developed this application to help the law enforcement agencies to do their work efficiently and adequately and to reduce the high rate of unwarranted incidents happening in the country,” he stated.

Otto Mensah said the application also makes for people to reach the law enforcement agencies at the press of a button.

“A single press of the button will enable you forward any information to the agencies, this is needful for the law enforcement agencies to take action quickly,“ he stated.

Though the application can be assessed only on smart phones for now, Otto Mensah said the company is looking forward to providing short codes that non-smartphones can also use. The Software Programmer also hinted that the company is collaborating with other organizations to make this new development a reality.

The application can be downloaded for free on google play store.
