MINISTER OF NATIONAL SECURITY: Was SPIDER 1 heading to the Mitchel Camp? – An Owula Mangortey observation

Hon. Kan Dapaah, Security and Intelligence is common sense. Right?

The Coalition of the Willing (CoW) received a report from a source at 17.54 hours, Monday, 16th December, 2019 of four (4) red- coloured Korea- made buses plying the Afienya- Mataheko stretch of the Kpong- Tema highway.

The buses were guided by Police dispatch riders, according to the source.

The source confirms that occupants of the buses were “Police recruits and uniformed Policemen.”

According to the source, the lead bus had pasted clearly on the right side of its windsreen the inscription “SPIDER 1” and the four buses were heading towards Mitchel Camp.

Respectfully, will the National Security Council Secretariat investigate how persons seeming to be Police recruits and uniformed Police men were riding in four (4) civilian buses and were being guided by Police dispatch riders on the Afienya- Mataheko road at 17.54 hours, today?

Where were the buses from and where were they heading to?

Find attached pictures taken by the source for your information and further action.

The CoW hopes your ubiquitous National Security cameras captured this occurrence.
