MTN Ghana makes changes to its board

Telecommunication firm, MTN Ghana has appointed four new independent non-executive directors to its board with effect from Monday, 1 March 2020.

The four are Felix Addo , a member of the Ghana Institute of Chartered Accountant, Nana Ama Botchway founder and managing partner of N Dowuona & Company, Kofi Dadzie , Digital Entrepreneur and Rosie Ebe-Arthur, a chartered fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

A statement signed by the company’s Secretary Pala Asiedu Ofori  and copied to the Ghana Stock Exchange also announced the resignation of Kwesi Abeasi and Madupe Kadri from the board effective 1 March.

The company expressed gratitude to the two for their impressive performance on the board and also wished them success in their future endeavors.
