Murderous Military: Looting La Lands

The Lands Minister must in accordance with ACT 1036, ensure transparency and accountability in relation to all La Land transactions, from all fiduciaries including government officials [President, Ministers and the Lands Commission] and the Chiefs who have been involved so far; or risk court action resulting in the stiff fines and long terms of imprisonment.

The Military brutalities at Kpletso on 15th April 2021 resulting in severe injuries has led to three deaths so far…

Who deployed the unruly armed men in Ghana Army uniforms who went shooting of live bullets and assaulting unarmed civilians almost two years ago?

Was the Kpletso Shooting and Assault sanctioned by the Military High Command exactly two years ago?

The Military High Command promised to investigate the 15th April 2021 Kpletso Shooting and Assault by armed men in Ghana Army uniforms but LIED.

Samuel Abu Jinapor promised Parliament to make the report on the Kpletso Land public and LIED TWICE.

MOTIVE:

Stealing Prime La Lands in the name of the Military using force.

Using the illegal Military Cemetery, the Statue of Major Mahama and construction of buildings on the land to clandestinely annex the prime La Lands next to the plush Chain Homes along the Giffard Road…

The La Mantse, Nii Kpobi Tettey Tsuru III Petitioned President Akufo-Addo on 29th December, 2017 on the Clandestine annexation of La Lands by the Military.

Esi Gbedemah claimed to have bought prime lands from the Ghana Armed Forces…

Esi Gbedemah was recently allocated by Samuel Abu Jinapor 52acres of Prime Airport Hills Lands worth at least $52million and paid $1million.

Under the watch of Samuel Abu Jinapor; the criminal Cantonments Civil Aviation Land Looting is ONGOING.

Under the watch of Samuel Abu Jinapor; the criminal La Tradefair Redevelopment Project Land Looting is UNDERWAY.

On 14th February, 2022 Samuel Abu Jinapor invited me to his office to discuss the return of the Kpletso Land to La;

I told Samuel Abu Jinapor, his Deputy in charge of Lands Benito Owusu-Bio and the Chief Director of the Lands Ministry during the 14th February 2022 meeting held in the Minister’s office to do the following;

1. Not to repeat the mistakes of his predecessor Kwaku Asoma-Cheremeh who used a fraudulent MoU to purportedly return La Lands to the La Traditional Council [which has no locus in Land matters per a Supreme Court decision] so they could fraudulently takeover the land and share among cronies.

2. Make public the Status of all State Acquired Lands and in particular La Lands

All La Lands must be returned to the LA STOOL or wait till a new La Mantse [occupant of the La Stool] is enstooled; as was done through E.I. 432 in Ashanti through the Ashantihene in trust for the Subjects of the GOLDEN STOOL.

3. Investigate the illegal agreement between his ministry and the notorious Landguard Clemence Gyato and Anyok Holdings Vigilante group.

The said agreement which was confirmed by the Executive Secretary of the Lands Commission empowered Clemence Gyato to reclaim encroached State Lands and be paid with portions of the State Lands which is shared with some government officials.

I have in response to the Lands Minister request, exactly a year after the meeting, on 14th February, 2023 officially written to the Lands Minister to make public the Status of all State Acquired Lands especially the Kpletso, Cantonments Civil Aviation and Trade Fair Redevelopment Lands.

The 14th February 2023 letter to the Lands Minister was copied the President of Ghana who appointed him, on whose behalf he acts, the Chief of Staff and the Attorney-General.

Following the OccupyGhana request for the status of all State Acquired Lands and the reluctance to release the information;

My Lawyers have commenced legal processes to ensure the government and other fiduciaries ARE COMPELLED TO ACCOUNT FOR ALL LA LANDS AND BEACHES and to return same to the La Stool.

STAY TUNED.
