The holy month is here. The sighting of the moon has a strong indication and it tells us a lot according to the Islamic calendar. Without mincing words, Ramadan Fasting has begun while holiness becomes a priority.
I humbly and joyously welcome my muslim friends, brothers and sisters in Tarkwa-Nsuaem Constituency, Western Region, Ghana and across nations globally to the month of Ramadan. This is a period that calls for unism and diligence in our quest to serve Allah so as to reap bountifully during and after the fasting. Therefore I urge you all to do everything possibly to serve Allah with purity of the heart.
During this journey, please do well to remember Ghana in your daily prayers. This is a trying period ever in the history of the world; the global pandemic called Corona Virus has indeed submerge nations while our dear country is also at the frontline of curbing this global menace. With no doubt, nothing is impossible for almighty Allah to handle, therefore, let us remain steadfast in our maker and together we shall Triumph over this pandemic.
I wish you fruitful Ramadan prayer and fasting and we shall witness many of it in good health and wealth. May Allah hear and richly bless us abundantly.
