The Association of Aggrieved NaBCo Trainees has petitioned parliament through the Member of Parliament (MP) for the North Tongu constituency, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, to impress upon the government to release their over Nine months allowances and other payments which have been in arrears since November 2021.

“We note with concern and distress the various challenges brought about by the non-payment of our Nine months allowances that has engulfed the NaBCo since 2019 following government’s decision to cancel the program and lay-off trainees – bringing untold hardships upon us as we are currently indebted and our creditors are also on our neck to retrieve monies owed them by our members,” the petition states in part.
