At least 12,600 slabs of compressed cannabis have been intercepted by the Narcotics Control Commission (NACOC) in a truck at Dodi, near Akosombo in the Eastern Region.

According to NACOC, the seizure was made on Saturday (2 December) following an intelligence-led operation during which the truck was found abandoned in a bush.
