NANA ASANTE BEDIATUO: No matter how big and fierce you are there is some one bigger and fiercer!
An Owula Mangortey observation...
It was Tuesday, 9th May, 2017!
Nana Asante Bediatuo, the Secretary to the President, capriciously abused power in the name of the President of Ghana to make appointments to some middle Management positions at the Ghana National Gas Company, and gave instructions for the termination of the appointments of some hard working citizens of Ghana, without due process.
Even criminals who embezzle funds and cause financial loss to the State are given a hearing in a court of law!
As Nana Asante Bediatuo prepares to celebrate on 9th May, 2022, the fifth (5th) anniversary of the very precious action he took in the name of the President Nana Akufo Addo, there is a simple question for him:
Nana Asante Bediatuo: Are you aware that since December, 2021, Extremists easily notice a schism in the Military High Command which is making the Ghana Armed Forces wobbly?
The “coup” in the Military High Command (MHC) has a bald men fighting over a comb vibe about it.
I was not too surprised when the MHC adopted their usual deaf and dumb conversational attitude to a writeup of 12th December, 2021 titled:
“VICE ADMIRAL SETH AMOAMA, are you sure you have the military personnel to counter a terrorist attack in the Upper East Region today?”
As of today, 8th March, 2022, the Military High Command certainly must be aware that the firewood is very dry for a terrorist strike in Ghana!
“Trust but verify,” Ronald Reagan famously said.
Even, the amateurish Extremists operating in Bawku and its environs are smart enough to verify trust by outlawing devious, inconsistent, manipulative and self-serving behavior in their ranks. Their leadership take vital steps to discourage mindless rivalry and make collaboration top priority!
No wonder they are so focussed that they easily mesmerise the Military with their assymetric threats whose objectives seem difficult to fathom!
Nana Asante Bediatuo: No matter how big and fierce you assume you are, there is always some one bigger and fiercer!
I shall return.
