The police in Oxford have issued an alert for one of its most wanted criminals, Nana Kofi Owusu.
The Ghanaian is wanted for fraud and forgery offences, according to police report and online notice to the general public.
He is believed to be between 35 and 40.
Owusu is one of the 12 most wanted criminals in Oxford, law enforcement authorities said.
