The MP however, challenged the Party Members, not to rest in the face of all the best successes they have made knowing very well that there are many challenges that confront them –

“These challenges are known and these challenges are our common problems. We will fight to defeat them”.

She also asked delegates to ignore allegations and join her in campaigning for the victory ahead as she believes in a democracy that does not resort to insults or attacks,

“Our democracy must be matured. We must avoid the politics of threats, attacks, and lies against innocent persons just to deceive them for votes. Party members, please beware!”,

“The 2024 campaign for the NDC is not going to be based on EXPERIMENT. It will be based on EXPERIENCE. Let’s appreciate our experience while working towards victory in 2024. We are going to build the Shai-Osudoku Constituency together”.

The MP for Ablekuma South Constituency, Dr. Alfred Okoe Vanderpuije, who was the special guest at the launch, appealed to the delegates to vote to retain her.

According to him, Madam Linda has a promising future for the Region, and retaining her will mean a lot for the region. He also revealed that his colleague and the rest in the region have already put measures in place to increase the NDC’s seats in the Region from 20 to 25 and “it is possible together if you maintain your MP who has established herself in the House all these years”
