NDC Volta Regional Women’s Wing congratulates Top Ten most Vocal Female MPs in Parliament for 2019

CONGRATULATIONS TO HON. ANGELA OFORIWA ALOWU-TAY AND HON. DR. BERNICE ADIKU HELOO, MPs FOR AFADJATO SOUTH AND HOHOE CONSTITUENCIES RESPECTIVELY FOR BEING ADJUDGED AMONG THE TOP TEN MOST VOCAL FEMALE MPs IN PARLIAMENT FOR THE YEAR 2019.

Their achievement shows that the political landscape which was hitherto the preserve for the men is changing significantly in the country.

Indeed what the men can do, the women can too. As the women’s wing hope the achievement of these women serve as an inspiration to many of the women out there to join active politics to also bring their ideas on board for the development and progress of society and the nation.
