No matter how long it takes, Ghana Chief Justice and Attorney-General shall be liable for CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE in Bawku!

What do Ghanaians expect the Military, the Police and the NIB to do with the arrested suspected criminals when the Judiciary is not playing its role?

The Ghana Chief Justice and Attorney-General shall be held responsible for escalation of the gun battles because they are doing a criminal act in Bawku which is detrimental to the stability  of the Republic of Ghana!

The Bawku Circuit Court has been locked up! No alternative arrangements have been made for the speedy trial of suspected Bawku conflict-related criminals who were arrested by the Military and the Police. Some of those arrested and arraigned before inferior courts in other Districts of the Upper East Region were granted  bail, and they returned triumphantly to Bawku to engage in worse deadly crimes (as the locals say). And the criminals are having a field day in Bawku!!

What do Ghanaians expect the Military, the Police and the NIB to do with the arrested suspected criminals when the Judiciary is not playing its role?

Yet, the Government of Ghana spends over ten (10) million cedis a month on the Bawku Security Operatives only for the Chief Justice and the Attorney General to let the whole nation down by  not  dealing with the arrested  suspected criminals who continue to kill, maim and rob citizens in the name of a  chieftaincy dispute.

The Law is an Ass in Bawku!! And if the Chief Justice and Attorney General think they can dress a donkey for a Bawku horse race, the donkey will be revealed for the ass it is on the judgment day! It will be too late, as the Chief Justice  and Attorney General shall face charges for CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE! IN BAWKU!

No matter how long it takes.

I repeat!

Is it not the responsibility of the Chief Justice to administer the courts, allocate cases and distribute judicial workload? Is it not the responsibility of the Chief Justice to ensure that his Judges administer Justice without fear or favour?

Does the Attorney General not represent the State in legal proceedings? And is the Attorney General not the representative of the public in all legal proceedings for the enforcement of law and the assertion or protection of public rights?

So, why have the Chief Justice and the Attorney General woefully failed to expeditiously perform their roles since the recent conflict broke out in Bawku?

The Chief Justice and the Attorney General are aware that the Government spends approximately ten (10) million cedis every month on the Security Agencies in Bawku and its environs. Can they imagine what ten (10) millions cedis every month can be used for inthe development of Bawku?

Of what use is it that the Bawku Security Operatives engage in kinetic operations, arrest suspected criminals, cause them to be arraigned before Court only to face a decadent, sloppy and slovenly system of Justice?!!

Cover up is worse than the crime!

I shall return!
